Refund policy

At Claro Relief, every device is covered by our 90-Day Relief-or-Refund Guarantee. We want you to try your device at home, in your real routine, with zero pressure. If it does not bring you the relief we promised, we will refund your purchase.

Return window

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Your 90 days start when your tracking shows the order as delivered, not when you place the order.

What is eligible

  • All our devices: Knee Massager Pro, Back Massager Pro, Foot Massager Pro and Shoulder Massager Pro.
  • Used devices are accepted. The guarantee exists so you can actually try your device.
  • The refund covers the full purchase price of the device.

How to request a refund

Contact our team through our Contact page with your order number and let us know the device did not work out for you. We reply within 24 hours with simple return instructions, including the return address. Items returned without prior contact cannot be processed.

Refund processing

Once your return is on its way back to us with valid tracking, we process your refund to your original payment method. You can expect it within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Conditions

  • Your request must reach us within 90 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • The guarantee applies to purchases made on our official store and covers one refund per device, per customer.
  • The device must be returned to us following the instructions provided by our team.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your device arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact page with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

If you would like a different device instead, follow the refund process above and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the right device in your hands.
