Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Claro Relief website. By placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Products
Claro Relief sells at-home wellness and massage devices: Knee Massager Pro, Back Massager Pro, Foot Massager Pro and Shoulder Massager Pro. Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings. Our devices are wellness products and are not medical devices; see our Terms of Service for the full health disclaimer.
2. Orders
Orders can be placed directly on the Claro Relief website. To place an order, you must select your products and add them to your cart, provide accurate billing and shipping information, choose a payment method and confirm your order. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes (VAT) where required. Shipping is free worldwide. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products are invoiced based on the price displayed at the time of order.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout through Shopify Payments, including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
5. Order confirmation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect or incomplete information, stock unavailability or pricing errors. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified by email and refunded in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
7. Right of withdrawal and our 90-Day Guarantee
In accordance with UK and European consumer law, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order without justification. On top of this legal right, every Claro Relief device is covered by our voluntary 90-Day Relief-or-Refund Guarantee, which goes well beyond the legal minimum. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the conditions and procedure.
8. Warranty
Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity of 2 years from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear, accidental breakage, or improper use. To make a warranty claim, contact us through our Contact page.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We cannot be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, without prejudice to your mandatory rights as a consumer.
10. Disputes and governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
