Every Claro Relief order ships free, worldwide, with tracking. This policy explains processing times, delivery estimates and what to do if something goes wrong.
Free worldwide shipping
Shipping is free on every order, to every destination we serve. No minimum, no code needed. Every order ships with a tracking number.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom: 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
- Europe and North America: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates. Carrier delays, customs clearance or peak periods can occasionally add time.
Tracking your order
Your tracking number is emailed to you at dispatch. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact us through our Contact page.
Customs and import duties
Depending on your country, customs fees, taxes or import duties may apply to international orders. These charges are set by your local authorities, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days through our Contact page. We will open an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we can usually correct it before dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
