Claro Relief sells at-home wellness and massage devices designed to ease everyday aches and muscle tension. Our devices are wellness products: they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your doctor before using our devices if you are pregnant, wear a pacemaker or any electronic implant, suffer from deep vein thrombosis, severe circulatory disorders, open wounds, or any serious medical condition, and stop using the device immediately if you experience pain or discomfort. Results described on our website reflect typical customer experiences and are not guaranteed for every user.
3. Account registration
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Product information
We strive to display product colors, dimensions and details as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in product descriptions.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping is free worldwide as described in our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price displayed when you place your order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and the payment methods displayed at checkout.
6. Order acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, inaccurate billing or shipping information, errors in pricing or product description, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified by email and refunded in full.
